CWA District 13 Expresses Concerns on PA Statewide Video Legislation

The Pennsylvania Senate Communications and Technology Committee held hearings today on the Penn State — Delaware Campus in Media, Pennsylvania. The hearings provided interested parties an avenue to express their concerns on the proposed legislation which would allow a one stop, statewide video franchise in place of the current rules.
