Indie Canadian ISPs Fight Back

Canadian law professor Michael Geist says that The Canadian Association of Internet Providers, Canada's largest ISP association, has filed a Part VII application with the CRTC asking it to demand Bell Canada ceases and desists the throttling of wholesale partners.
