When it comes to communicating with an ever-evolving audience, today’s organizer has more tools than ever before to get the job done: email, blogs, social networks, search, online video, mobile messaging and more. Yet the combination of rapid technological innovation and continuous social shifts have left many struggling to understand how to use these new tools most strategically.
