Estela Waksberg Guerrini

Estela Guerrini is a lawyer and advocate for consumers' rights with a specialization in telecommunication issues. She also serves as a legal researcher at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation, where she focuses on civil liability and on legal teaching, democracy and courts of justice. Guerrini is completing her postgraduation in human rights at the Univerity of São Paulo Faculty of Law.
