FCC Chair Strikes Chord with Push for Open Internet

Those like me who believe in a free and open Internet are on the cusp of a major victory. FCC Chair Kevin Martin's proposed ruling that Comcast violated the agency's principles regarding open Internet access involves perhaps the biggest battle yet to establish the Net Neutrality as a governing principle of the Internet.
