There Is No Windfall in the White Space

Although some would like to see white spaces auctioned off for big money instead of being opened to unlicensed devices. But a new study says that the auction would provide minimal revenue to the Treasury while ensuring most of the spectrum remains unused. This would actually stifle long-term economic activity.
