Apparently Pennsylvania Doesn't Want Broadband Stimulus Dollars

Legislation that has been introduced in Pennsylvania to outlaw most forms of municipal networks that compete with private providers seems incredibly tone deaf in light of President Barack Obama's economic stimulus package and potentially harmful to the state of Pennsylvania.
