Obama Nominates Adelstein to Head Agriculture Department's Rural Utilities Service

President Barack Obama has nominated Democratic FCC Commissioner Jonathan Adelstein to head the Agriculture Department's Rural Utilities Service, which has $2.5 billion in broadband stimulus grants to hand out.
