LGBTs Hurt in Public Access TV Cutbacks

AT&T's U-verse video programming service limits access to public access programming. The limited access affects all members of the Chicago viewing area, but it has significant ramifications for the LGBT community, because it leaves AT&T subscribers without vital public-health information and creative programming that are not aired by the mainstream media.
