Washington Post Publisher Says Buyouts Could Deplete Talent

Publisher Katharine Weymouth of the Washington Post admits she is concerned that this latest round of buyouts could further reduce the paper's veteran talented staffers. But at a time when newspapers are seeing some of their worst financial problems ever, she contends it is necessary.
