Online Privacy Law on the Way, Congressman Promises

Rep. Rick Boucher (D-Va.) promised that an Internet privacy law is coming, as he steered his House Commerce subcommittee into the marshes of online behavioral advertising, deep packet inspection and location-tracking services.
