Demands on Network Are an iPhone Hang-Up

Users of iPhone download games, video and other Web data at two to four times the rate of other smartphone users. Yet AT&T charges iPhone subscribers the same fee for unlimited data that it levies on other smartphone customers. With new customers harder to come by, how will AT&T boost its revenues to ensure a return on investments in capacity?
