Judge to Hold Hearing on Corbin Photo Request

A federal judge said he will hold a hearing to determine whether to bar Newsday from continuing to publish, and News12-TV from broadcasting pictures of Nassau legislator Roger Corbin in handcuffs. An attorney for the news companies said, "Courts do not get [into] telling the media what to publish."
