FCC Gives Sirius XM Four Weeks to Lease Channels

The FCC has given Sirius XM another four weeks to come up with a plan to lease out 4 percent of its channels to qualified designated entities. That was one of the conditions the FCC put on its July 2008 approval of the merger of the two.
