Sen. John Kerry (D-Mass.) asked the FCC to investigate whether "exclusivity agreements unfairly restrict consumer choice or adversely impact competition in the commercial wireless marketplace." The Senate Commerce Committee will also hold a hearing on June 17 to examine that issue.
