Cablevision Hit on 'Exclusives’

Cablevision's exclusive programming arrangements are coming under fire. Verizon has asked FCC Chairman Julius Genachowski to force the cable operator to sell high-definition programming to the telco's FiOS TV service. And Conn. Attorney General Richard Blumenthal wrote to the chairman, suggesting that Cablevision's exclusive deal with MSNBC may be illegal.
