Real Change, Not Spare Change

We spend just $1.37 per person for public media in the United States. Compare that to Canada, which spends $22 per capita, and England, which spends $80. We can't settle for spare change any longer. What we need now is real change, not more spare change. And we're going to have to stand up and fight for it.
