Waxman Co-Spnsors Net Neutrality Bill

House members revived the Net Neutrality issue, with one member formally signing on to legislation that would require the FCC to keep a watchful eye on ISPs. Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) announced that he has formally signed on as a co-sponsor of the Internet Freedom Preservation Act.
