Comcast Loses to FCC on P2P Blocking, Accidently Reopens Net Nuetrality Debate

In a showdown in the U.S. Court of Appeals, the FCC said that Comcast was secretly degrading P2P applications. Comcast said that the throttling amounted to reasonable network management -- the judge said no. The strange irony is -- this has opened the Net Neutrality debate back up and it is not looking to be in favor of ISP's like Comcast this time around.
