Rep. Rick Boucher Praises FCC, Begins Work on Net Neutrality Bill

Chairman of the House Subcommittee on Communications, Technology and the Internet Rick Boucher (D-Va.) welcomed the FCC's announcement about moving forward on Net Neutrality rules. He's in discussions with both sides of the issue to try to find common ground.
