Why'd Nixon Hire Internet Consultant? Because Missouri Needs His Help

Despite opposition from a state senator who is against the federal stimulus package, Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has hired a consultant to help the state apply for federal stimulus funds to bring the Internet to rural Missouri.
