Neutrality Rules Won't Impact Investment

One of the talking points repeated over and over by carriers who oppose Net Neutrality is that Net Neutrality rules would "stifle investment" in the sector. Verizon's CEO said as much, and AT&T urged their employees to bombard the FCC with the talking point earlier this week. But is it true? Not even remotely, according to a new report.
