FCC Proposal on Net Neutrality Sparks Debate Across Industry

The FCC is expected to issue a proposal for new rules that would regulate the ability of Internet carriers to interfere with traffic on their networks. But even before the proposal has been released, service providers and network operators are squaring off against application providers and consumer groups over the wisdom of Network Neutrality.
