House Passes Cybersecurity Resolution

The House unanimously passed Rep. Yvette Clarke's (D-N.Y.), resolution honoring National Cyber Security Awareness Month. "This Congress understands that our citizens rely on information technology in every aspect of our lives -- from managing businesses to social networking," the Clarke said.
