Yanni supports Free Press’ legal portfolio on media, telecommunications, technology and First Amendment issues.

Yanni supports the Free Press’ telecommunications portfolio, which includes issues such as Net Neutrality and broadband affordability. Before her time at Free Press, she was an associate at an international private law firm in Washington, D.C., and a law clerk for Judge Richard G. Stearns of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Yanni received her B.A. in politics, philosophy and economics from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Stanford Law School. At Stanford, Yanni served on the board of the Stanford Law Review, the Shaking the Foundations Conference and the Asian Pacific Islander Law Student Association. Outside of work, you can find her baking cakes, making pottery, running or swimming.
