The Olympics and the Comcast-NBCUniversal Merger
Free Press Action Fund and other groups urge congressional leaders to investigate concerns about how NBC withholds online access to Olympic coverage.
The letter points out that Comcast and NBC actions contradict statements made by company executives before Congress that programs that are delivered over the air by NBC and are available on the NBC.com web site for online viewing would not migrate to exclusive availability only for people with a cable subscription.
